MEMORIZING METHOD

I will go to ten places. And I want  you to join me there. Just stay there and we go together.

Let's go....

First place is parking lot. Hold on a minute, stay for a while. Look around.

Ok, then, second place is bridge. We cross a bridge. Imagine we are at a bridge.

Then, third is elevator. We enter a building and for to elevator.

Forth is hallway. Huge, empty and clean hallway.

Fifth is closet.

Sixth is receptionist.

Seventh is fish tank.

Eighth is door.

Ninth is whiteboard.

And the tenth is bonsai tree.

Try to re-read again all those places that we have been passed through.

And now, we come back again, to the first place.

...

It's a method, JIM KWIK method to memorize something. As we go from first place to the next, we also imagine it. Then in our mind, we are creating pictures of each place.

For example, maybe we wanna memorize, let's say, 10 names of Asmaul Husna (out of 99).

Then as we go from 1 to the next place, we also mention each name. It helps our mind a lot, to put things in a long term memories, instead of short term memories.
